10. Chablis La Lotte 2007/08 - France - (1) A proper traditional style of Chablis from an extraordinary vintage. A taut Chablis line of minerality runs through orange citrus fruit to lighten the touch - racy and confident through to the steely finish. Btl £25.00

19. MadFish Pinot Noir 2008/09 - Western Australia - (C) Aromas of dark berry fruits and violets with a gamey, mushroom complexity and savoury French oak influences. Black cherry and strawberry lead into a rich mid-palate and end with long spice. Btl £22.50

Limited Release Shiraz 2006/07, Victoria - Australia - (E) Aromas are rich, dark and spicy. In the mouth the fruit is concentrated and intensely flavoured, and loaded with tastes of tangy berries, sweet cassis, cedar, pepper, new leather and vanilla. An excellent wine. Btl £22.50
